The Voyager Golden Records are sound recordings that were included aboard of two spacecrafts, Voyager 1 and Voyager 2, in 1977.

These were the first human-made objects that left our solar system. The records contained sounds and images selected to portray the diversity of life and culture on Earth. They are intended to be found by any living being outside our planet or by future humans. They are a type of time capsule.

If we want to capture the life and culture of Earth today, what would you include on a new Golden Disk? What should the Universe know about us as humans? If you could choose at least one song and one movie clip to summarise who we are as humans, what would they be? Feel free to add more.

Add your choice on spaceEU YouTube channel.  Just add the playlist to your YouTube account and start collecting your favourite songs and film trailers. We are creating an archive throughout the duration of this project and beyond. This collection is a joint message to the Universe.
